The Fund was established on May 6, 2022 as a limited liability corporation (LLC) in the State of Delaware. The company’s corporate headquarters are located in Norwell, Massachusetts with regional offices to be established in Turrialba, Costa Rica and Jakarta, Indonesia. All offices will be staffed with experienced and highly qualified technical specialists committed to achieving positive results for shareholders, clients, communities and the global environment. Management will report to a Board of Directors (BoD) comprised of nine members. The BoD will review and approve, as appropriate, all major investments of the Fund.
